Given . 0.2 < m/20 < 0.5 or 4 < m < 10 , m can be 5, 6,7, 8 or 9 -------------1)
0.2 < n/11 < 0.5 or 2.2 < n < 5.5, n can be 3, 4 or 5 ------------2)
And 0.2 < n/m < 0.5
2m < 10n < 5m
From eq 1 and eq 2) it is clear m can not be 5 and only possible value for n is 4 for which n need to be 9.
Thus m – 2n = 9 – 2*4 = 1
