Solution: Let us say that the salaries of Ramesh, Ganesh, and Rajesh were 60, 50, 70 in 2010.
In 2015, Ramesh’s salary became 60*1.25 = 75.

So, %increase in Rajesh’s salary = 5/70 * 100 = 7.14%
