IIFT 2016 exam was conducted yesterday. Now that we have had some time to look at the paper, we can definitely say a few things:
1. It was definitely harder than last time
2. The paper had a bunch of errors (Separate post about that in a little while)
3. GK section had some easy questions but some weird ones too (complete review of IIFT GK)
Given below is a complete breakdown of the IIFT Paper.
IIFT 2016 Expected Cutoffs
Overall cutoff - 43 to 45
There are couple of reasons we believe that it would be lower than last year. The biggest one of them is the fact that there were wro
IIFT 2016 exam was conducted today. I have had a chat with of few of my students and there seems to be some errors in the paper, specially where the Logical Reasoning part is concerned. Also, the paper was tougher than last year which might cause the cutoffs to dip. I will probably write a slightly more detailed post on it tomorrow. IIFT 2016 exam is just around the corner. While your preparation for Quant and Verbal must be great, it is important that you do not neglect General Knowledge. There is a sectional cutoff for GK in IIFT. It is on the lower side but it is definitely there.
I will discussing some ideas around General Knowledge Preparation for IIFT in the free class on Thursday (8 PM). MISB Bocconi, a Mumbai
CAT 2016 is around 1 month away. You might be a student who is confident because you have finished the syllabus. You might be a student who is worried because you have not given enough number of mocks. You might be a student who has lost hope and is mentally prepared to take the exam again next year. Whatever the case may be, it is perfectly natural to be confused at this stage of CAT preparation. As a matter of fact, I would be really surprised if you are a serious CAT aspirant and not confused at this stage. In this post, I will try to spout some ‘gyaan’. I know that I would be stati
