1) 3 numbers are chosen at random without replacement from ( 1, 2, 3.....10) The probability that the minimum number is 3 or the maximum number is 7 is
a) 12/37 b)11/40 c) 13/35 d) 12/34 e) 14/35

2) In the hand at the game of bridge , what is the chance that the 4 kings are held by a specified player ?

a) 40/56C2 b)40/52c4 c) 30/56c2 d) 35/56c4

1.What is the probability that two integers A and B lying within the range 2 to 97, will be prime to each other ???

2. A man firing at a distant target has 10% chance of hitting the target in one shot. Find the number of times he must fire at the target to have about 50% chance of hitting ????
