Ravi Handa

Growing up in a small town called Bharatpur on the eastern side of Rajasthan; he always nurtured dreams of being on the television. He got his first opportunity to do so in school for a quiz contest and his affair with never ending knowledge began. Hosting a television quiz show is a dream that he still nurtures and he has been a quizmaster on a few occasions. Realizing that quizzing will not be able to pay for his bread, butter and beer he went on to spend slightly above half a decade in IIT Kharagpur pretending to do a B. Tech and M. Tech in Computer Science. The transition from a student to a teacher occurred within a month when in July 2006 he joined IMS Learning Resources for his second love in life – Numbers. Over the years he has taught hundreds of students, quite a few of those are in the IIMs and most of them are on his friends’ list. With this venture, he hopes to share what he has learnt over the years and satisfy the camera fetish that he has had for decades.

Avinash Maurya

Having grown up in three different Indian cities (Delhi, Jaipur and Kolkata) he has become extremely fond of the motley that is Indian culture but has western sensibilities because of his eclectic taste in cinema and music. The recurring phenomenon in his life is the fork in the road and has had to make some hard choices. While studying finance at St. Xavier’s Kolkata, he learnt about everything other than finance and ended up working for an Event Management Company. After a couple of not so successful attempts at CAT he decided to pursue his MBA from a college he does not wish to name but before joining college he was able to push Handa hard enough to make these videos. We believe that his mother’s scrumptious food played a big part in motivating the team members. His insights as a student and his abilities as a director, producer and editor were put to a grueling test while making these videos. An amateur guitarist for the past ten years, he is essentially an introvert who has a creative gene in him.

Pushpen Singh

He was born in a small town called Baripada in Orissa. The early days of his life were spent in a village at his maternal grandparent's house, a memory which he is going to cherish for a lifetime. After that he moved on to Jamshedpur to do his schooling and spent more than 10 years over there. He spent a significant part of his life at IIT Kharagpur and some part of it with Handa. Currently stuck in the rat race to earn a living in the city of joy , he aspires to be an entrepreneur. His long term plan is to retire young and take up farming.
